Risa Ishii is a Principal at Agya Ventures. Prior to Agya Ventures, she was the Director of Japanese Partnerships at Plug and Play, overseeing partnerships with 80+ Japanese largest corporations on their R&D initiatives, business collaborations and CVC investments. Risa started her career at Mizuho Bank’s headquarters in the International Strategic Department. Risa holds a BS in Political Science and Economics from Waseda University. Outside Agya, Risa likes to travel and go diving underwater.
